Your tasks:
- Telephone, written, and in-person order processing meetings, professional presentation of proposals including consultation with clients coupled with preparation of proposals according to template or specifications, proposal follow-up, order taking, and processing of inquiries.
- Coordination and processing of orders in consultation with customers and suppliers, preparation of order and delivery bills
- Support in organizational structure and order processing in the Powerpack and Service department.
- Picking and packing spare parts (partially), and shipping processing of spare parts (partially).
- Master data maintenance, administrative activities
Your profile:
- You have completed commercial training as an industrial clerk/ office clerk/ clerk for office management (m/f/d) or technical training with commercial knowledge and several years of professional experience in the automotive sector.
- Professional experience in the preparation of quotations and order processing
- Strong communication skills, confident conversational skills and a convincing demeanor
- Customer orientation
- Independent, structured and proactive way of working
- Confident handling of common office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- English skills
- Class B driving license

Automotive mechatronics technician -commercial vehicle technology- (m/f/d) for the area of engine technology full-time
Your tasks:
During engine reconditioning, the engines are first completely disassembled and all parts are cleaned. Then the individual components, such as the injection pump, cylinder head, crankshaft and engine block, are reconditioned by our specialists on production islands.
Everything that cannot be reconditioned is replaced. When reconditioning the engines, we only use spare parts from manufacturers that are represented in the original equipment. Our goal is to have the engine working as well as if it were new after remanufacturing. After it has been assembled, it undergoes an extensive test bench run.
To guarantee the highest possible level of customer satisfaction, we provide our dedicated mechanics with a state-of-the-art workshop and optimal workplace conditions.
Your profile:
- Completed training as a commercial vehicle mechatronics technician (m/f) or comparable
- Basic knowledge in the aforementioned area of responsibility
- Independent and responsible way of working
- Reliability and flexibility
